Loyola University Chicago’s Master of Laws (LLM) in Rule of Law for Development (PROLAW) is offering a full scholarship to an applicant from Mexico for the academic year 2017-2018. The scholarship will cover all tuition and student fees, as well as a stipend for living costs for the eight months of study in Rome. Eligible candidates for this scholarship are Mexican legal professionals with at least two years work experience and with a demonstrated interest in rule of law. PROLAW is a unique practice-oriented degree program that provides students with the foundational knowledge and skills required to become the most qualified rule of law innovators and leaders in their countries and geographical regions.  Offered at Loyola’s campus in Rome/Italy, PROLAW has now educated 125 highly qualified rule of law and governance professionals in its first six years.
