My colleague Francesco Sindico, Director of the Strathclyde Centre for Environmental Law and Governance, sends me the following information:

The Law School at the University of Strathclyde is offering a PhD scholarship on International Water Governance and Transboundary Aquifer under my supervision. This will be an interesting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a sound background in International Law to undertake research in an emerging field. Furthermore, the researcher will be collaborating with the Strathclyde Centre for Environmental Law and Governance and the research will also contribute to the UNESCO ISARM programme.

Further information including how to apply can be found at http://www.jobs.ac.uk/job/AIV544/phd-studentship-in-international-water-governance-and-transboundary-aquifers/ The deadline is July 15 and I would be extremely grateful if you could forward this opportunity amongst your contacts/networks and/or any individual who you think may be interested in applying.
